ChiefPanel rates may be adjusted at any time without notice. Our payment and refund policy remains in effect in the event of rate changes. ChiefPanel does not guarantee specific delivery times or drop rates for any services. While we provide our best estimate for order delivery, this is only an approximation, and ChiefPanel will not refund orders that are in progress, even if they are delayed. Orders without a refill period are not eligible for refills, even in the event of a 100% drop; please select services with refill options. ChiefPanel endeavors to fulfill our commitments to our resellers as accurately as possible. In certain cases, we reserve the right to modify a service type if deemed necessary to complete an order.
Any malicious or abusive behavior may result in the suspension of your ChiefPanel account. Users will be given an opportunity to utilize any remaining balance before suspension takes effect. Opening a new account after suspension will lead to termination, even if there is a remaining balance.

ChiefPanel assumes no liability for any account suspensions or content deletions by Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, or any other social media platform.
ChiefPanel is intended solely for the promotion of your Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, or other social media accounts to enhance your online presence.
We do not guarantee that your new followers will engage with your content; our guarantee extends solely to the delivery of the followers you have purchased.
While we aim for all accounts to have a profile picture, full bio, and uploaded pictures, we cannot guarantee this for 100% of accounts.
You agree not to upload any content to the ChiefPanel site that includes nudity or material deemed inappropriate for the Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, or other social media communities.
Refunds will not be issued for private accounts. Please ensure that your account is set to public before placing an order.
